Prospective graduate students: Dr. Barak advises MS and PhD students through the Program in Plant Biology and Conservation - a joint program between Northwestern University and Chicago Botanic Garden. Unfortunately, I do not anticipate accepting new graduate students for the 2023/2024 academic year. Students interested in the program should see the PBC Faculty page here.

Postdocs: I would be happy to work with students to develop applications to postdoc fellowships though programs like the Smith Fellows or NSF biology postdocs

Undergraduates: Undergraduates at Northwestern looking to work together as part of an independent study or URG should reach out.
